I placed a last minute, literally I called at 10am on a Saturday morning needing a full funeral arrangement before 1 pm. Annie was more than accommodating, immediately inquiring about my budget and my dearly departed. This arrangement is so beautiful I could not be more happy. the price was unbeatable and it is so beautiful and I would recommend that if you need. wonderful! wonderful heartfelt arrangements. so beautifully done that you give this young lady a call. she's phenomenal. thank you so much for being there.

This place makes downtown Livingston come to life! It’s beautiful on the exterior, as well as interior. They have a small coffee bar inside so you can have a drink while you browse. Great place to grab gifts, home decor or a beautiful flower arrangement.

Me and my sisters come here almost everyday for coffee and the girls are always so welcoming and happy! Today was my sisters birthday and they took time to sit and write a message out for her and I couldn’t be happier with it!! Thank y’all for great costumer service!

I am always surprised by the beautiful arrangements Petalz creates. The quality, colors and style never disappoints. The staff at Petalz is amazing and helpful! Shout out to my girl Peyton and Annie for bringing smiles through their videos!

Petals by Annie is an amazing florist shop run by people who really care! They went way above and beyond to take care of a very special request for my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary. I told the sales woman, Dawn, that I was hoping to get peonies in my arrangement. They weren’t in season but she told me Annie would try to get them. (The other places I called just said “no” right off the bat). I also needed delivery around a Holiday weekend. I was beyond thrilled when the arrangement came with beautiful peonies and at the perfect time for the party!! All the flowers were gorgeous and really lasted. My parents were so happy!!

My husband and I happened to walk past when we were in Livingston for the weekend and we are so glad we did! Firstly, the outside of the store is beautiful with the wall art. But what really drew us in was the incredible way the store was set up and it's quality merchandise (I bought the cutest sweater!). Beautiful things, engaging and lovely people, and you can really see that the owners are making a positive impact on this sleepy little town.

I am so grateful for this business. They did a same day flower arrangement and delivery for my grandmother. They were so kind and even allowed me to purchase a gift from the store portion to be delivered with the flowers over the phone. They were empathetic and kind toward the situation. This was my grandparents' anniversary, and my grandfather passed away recently, so it was a very hard day for my grandmother. Petalz by Annie brought joy to a very difficult day. I cannot recommend them enough.

I made a mistake with the address of delivery and Petalz by Annie helped me quickly resolve my error and still got the flowers delivered as planned. I was treated with complete respect even though the mistake was all mine - true class act! The arrangement was stunning, even better than the photo on the site.

The absolute cutest store with a freaking coffee shop in it too! What more could you ask for!! They even have a beautiful panted wall on the outside of the shop for a great photo to frame! All their merchandise is amazing. A little pricey but cute items for sure! Shoes, clothes, home decor. A pretty good selection of baby items too!

I am extremely disappointed with this flower delivery. The arrangement arrived late, not being delivered until 4:00 PM, and the flowers were in terrible condition. The majority of them looked days old and were already wilting and dying upon arrival. Considering this arrangement cost $140, I expected fresh, high-quality flowers and timely delivery. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this service based on the quality and value received. Update: I’m changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. After my initial experience, the flower shop reached out to my husband and was extremely apologetic. They went above and beyond to make things right by sending me a brand new bouquet with fresh, beautiful flowers along with some chocolates. I truly appreciate their customer service and willingness to fix the issue. Thank you for turning this around!
